Belt Salon is a local family-owned business in the Parrish, Palmetto, North River Ranch area. We are located right off the interstate, allowing for a quick commute from various surrounding cities such as Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Siesta Key, Venice, Brandon, Ruskin, St. Petersburg, and even Tampa.
Belt salon has a strong tie to the local community. We love to serve the community's beauty needs and give back in many other ways. Currently, we work with Hope family services, Pace Center for Girls, and the Parrish Methodist Church's food bank.
We provide a positive environment that allows you to focus on your passion, doing hair. We provide coaching, mentoring, and training to help develop your skills and abilities. We work with you to evaluate which advanced training would benefit you. In fact, we have regular ongoing training and provide up to $500 in advanced training per year.
We have made marketing our top priority. The Belt Salon marketing team works daily to expand our reach and get new guests into the salon. The marketing is multi-faceted, including social media and traditional means. We focus on this so you can focus on doing what you love, hair.
Belt Salon has an exceptional guest care team that assists you throughout the day. They book all appointments and help with any questions the guests have. Upon their arrival, they greet them and provide their beverage of choice. They help bring them back to your station and provide any other assistance. They are also trained in providing additional complimentary pampering services during the guest's visit to enhance the experience further. Lastly, the guest service team helps the guest check out, answers any additional questions, and books their next appointment.
