Thank you for choosing Belt Salon. We look forward to serving you. Our policies were created to help us to serve you better. 

 

REFUND POLICY:

At Belt Salon, guest satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds on services or retail products, we are always happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your service if you are unsatisfied with your results. Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Due to company policies from our brand partners, all retail product sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products. If you experience any concerns with a product, please reach out directly to their customer care teams for further assistance:

LATE/CANCELLATIONS:

We understand—life happens! At Belt Salon, our time is reserved especially for each guest, and we rely on adequate notice to fill appointments. To secure your booking, we now require a credit card on file. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Without sufficient notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. For "no call, no show" appointments, the full amount of the scheduled services will be charged. Thank you for your understanding; we want to ensure we provide the best service possible for all our guests.

 

CONSULTATIONS:

We begin every service with a comprehensive consultation.  This part is crucial so that we understand your hair goals and desired outcome.  During this portion, we will inquire about any concerns, issues, allergies, or medical conditions. Your stylist will then explain which services will be required to obtain your goal and any alternatives available.  Furthermore, we will discuss any routines and products that will be required to maintain your goals.  We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections.  Please understand that some services will require multiple visits to obtain your results. 

 

GUEST SAFETY AND CHILDREN:

To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. In our efforts to provide a relaxed and professional experience for all of our guests, we ask that you only bring children if they are receiving a hair service.

CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES:

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. Two-way communication devices are also requested to be in ‘Off’ mode.

 

MISCELLANEOUS AND PAYMENTS:

Belt Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash are all accepted methods of payment.
