She entered the hair industry 15 years ago, following in her mother's footsteps as a hairstylist. A graduate of the Aveda Institute, she has continually advanced her career through hands-on experience, ongoing education, and a commitment to making a positive impact on her clients' lives. In her free time, Joylynn loves to run and spend time with her pups.

Niche: Perms, Blow-outs, and Cutting.

Patty is one of our talented and experienced stylists at Belt Salon. Originally from Bergenfield, NJ, she has spent 29 years in the salon industry, accumulating a wealth of experience and knowledge. After raising her children, Patty moved to Florida in 2018 and updated her license at the Aveda Institute in Brandon. She specializes in blowouts, perms, and cutting, bringing her expertise and passion to every appointment. Outside of work, Patty cherishes spending time with her beloved pups and takes great pride in her son, who serves in the army.

Niche: Short Hair Cutting, Color, and Mens Cuts.

Specializing in short hair cutting and men's cuts, Erin brings a wealth of experience to Belt Salon. Originally from Vermont, she grew up in the hair world, with her family owning their own barbershop. Erin's passion for cutting and coloring is evident in every appointment. Her infectious laughter and joyful spirit ensure you'll leave not only looking great but also feeling uplifted.

Niche: Extensions, Color, and Lashes.

Amanda is one of our experienced and talented stylists at Belt Salon. With 16 years in the beauty industry, Amanda has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge. She loves extensions and has been an Aveda platform artist for makeup. Additionally, she specializes in lash lifts and tints. Her passion for building confidence in her clients and being a day maker for every guest is evident in everything she does.

Niche: Extensions and trendy styles.

Christina has completed Belt Salon's training and advanced her skills through Aveda classes. She has a special talent and passion for extensions, always staying up-to-date with the latest trends. Her warm, welcoming nature and easy-going personality make her a delight to converse with. Christina’s dedication and expertise ensure that every guest experiences exceptional service and stunning results. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach and enjoying the company of friends.

Zoe is a highly skilled stylist with a keen eye for detail and a talent for creating stunning hair transformations. She specializes in balayages, ensuring beautiful, natural-looking color. Her passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques ensures that she always delivers cutting-edge styles. Zoe loves nothing more than helping clients achieve their dream look, making every appointment a personalized and exceptional experience. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, bringing her creativity and energy to everything she does.

Eleanor is one of our skilled stylists at Belt Salon. She loves taking the time to get to know each guest, discussing every aspect of their hair to ensure the best results. Aveda trained, Eleanor’s passion for hair extends to both color and precision cuts. She is also passionate about textured hair and curls, making her a versatile and dedicated stylist. Whether you're looking to experiment with a bold new hue or prefer a subtle, natural-looking shade, Eleanor has the skills and expertise to bring your vision to life.

Michelle is one of our talented stylists at Belt Salon. Since 2014, she has been an Aveda stylist, training under many gifted educators to stay up-to-date on modern techniques. Michelle excels in cutting, balayage, and coloring, combining her passion for modern styles with a deep appreciation for timeless looks that never go out of style. In her free time, Michelle enjoys jet skiing, riding four-wheelers, and exploring nature. With her infectious laughter, she's sure to make you laugh and brighten your day.

Niche: IBE Certified Extensions and Lived in Color.

Laura brings extensive training and experience to the hair and beauty industry, with over 10 years of expertise with Aveda. She loves doing extensions and is certified in numerous methods, ensuring the highest quality service for her clients. Her passion for serving the community inspired her to open Belt Salon, where she continues to share her dedication and skill with every client. Outside of work, Laura enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and running.

Niche: Classic Cutting, Color, and Highlights.

Shirley specializes in classic cuts, highlights, and color, with a deep appreciation for timeless styles. Hailing from North Carolina, Shirley brings over 29 years of hairdressing experience to Belt Salon, having previously owned her own salon. Beyond the salon, Shirley cherishes spending time with her family and attending Bayside Church. She also has a fondness for Rae Dunn and Gnome decor, adding a touch of charm to her personal life.

We are thrilled to introduce Alexis, the newest addition to the Belt Salon Squad. As a licensed co-stylist, Alexis is enthusiastically embracing the Aveda and Belt Salon philosophies. Her welcoming personality and natural talent for color and blow-drying make her a perfect fit for our team. Outside of the salon, Alexis enjoys staying active and spending her free time at the beach.

Mackenzie is in training for Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) and specializes in blonde hair, ensuring that every client achieves their desired look. Her dedication to her craft guarantees that each client leaves the salon feeling confident and beautiful. With a passion for creativity, Mackenzie excels in crafting unique hair transformations. She takes the time to understand your vision and ensures you get exactly what you want. In her free time, Mackenzie enjoys taking classes to enhance her skills and spending quality time with her family.
