Kate is a seasoned hairstylist with over a decade of experience serving the Manatee County area. Aveda-trained and passionate about her craft, she specializes in highlights and color treatments, all while creating a welcoming and safe environment for her guests. Kate is known for building genuine connections with those in her chair, ensuring they leave feeling confident and cared for.

Patty is one of our talented and experienced stylists at Belt Salon. Originally from Bergenfield, NJ, she has spent 29 years in the salon industry, accumulating a wealth of experience and knowledge. After raising her children, Patty moved to Florida in 2018 and updated her license at the Aveda Institute in Brandon. She specializes in blowouts, perms, and cutting, bringing her expertise and passion to every appointment. Outside of work, Patty cherishes spending time with her beloved pups and takes great pride in her son, who serves in the army.

Amanda is one of our experienced and talented stylists at Belt Salon. With 16 years in the beauty industry, Amanda has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge. She loves extensions and has been an Aveda platform artist for makeup. Additionally, she specializes in lash lifts and tints. Her passion for building confidence in her clients and being a day maker for every guest is evident in everything she does.

Specializing in short hair cutting and men's cuts, Erin brings a wealth of experience to Belt Salon. Originally from Vermont, she grew up in the hair world, with her family owning their own barbershop. Erin's passion for cutting and coloring is evident in every appointment. Her infectious laughter and joyful spirit ensure you'll leave not only looking great but also feeling uplifted.

Christina has been a dedicated member of the Aveda network since 2012, with a career that's taken her from Minnesota, where it all began, through six formative years in San Antonio, TX, before finally putting down roots in Palmetto, FL. With over 20 years behind the chair, she brings a depth of experience and artistry that few can match.
As Director of Belt Salon and an Aveda Florida Educator, Christina is passionate about elevating the craft — both through her own work and by mentoring the next generation of Aveda stylists.
Outside the salon, you'll find her savoring great food and wine, enjoying time with her husband, and making her annual pilgrimage to Greece — a tradition that fuels her creativity and her love of beautiful places.

Tori is an Aveda graduate who brings precision and care to every service. She is quiet, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring your hair always looks its best. Originally from Maine, she is new to Florida and excited to bring her talent to our salon.

Tori is IBE-certified in Extensions, meaning she has completed specialized training through the Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) program, giving her advanced knowledge and expertise in professional hair extension techniques. She takes her education seriously and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest methods and trends.

Outside of the salon, Tori loves spending time with her dog and going on walks, combining her drive for excellence with a love for life outside of work.

Chris, a bilingual Aveda graduate, specializes in layered haircuts, dimensional color, sun-kissed highlights, and bouncy blowouts. 


She also loves creating elegant updos and flawless makeup for weddings and special occasions.

Shirley specializes in classic cuts, highlights, and color, with a deep appreciation for timeless styles. Hailing from North Carolina, Shirley brings over 29 years of hairdressing experience to Belt Salon, having previously owned her own salon. Beyond the salon, Shirley cherishes spending time with her family and attending Bayside Church. She also has a fondness for Rae Dunn and Gnome decor, adding a touch of charm to her personal life.

Alexis fully embraces the Aveda and Belt Salon philosophies with enthusiasm and skill. She has a passion for long hair and specializes in highlights, color, and beautiful blowouts. Her welcoming personality and attention to detail make her an incredible asset to our team. Outside the salon, she loves staying active and soaking up the sun at the beach. Originally from Kansas City, Ashley specializes in color services and blonding, with a passion for creating seamless, customized results that fit each guest’s lifestyle and goals. She loves everything from soft, sun-kissed blondes to rich, dimensional color and takes pride in helping her guests feel confident and refreshed when they leave her chair.

Joylynn's niche includes precision cutting, balayages, and coloring, showcasing her expertise and passion for creating stunning looks. She entered the hair industry 16+ years ago, following in her mother's footsteps as a hairstylist. A graduate of the Aveda Institute, she has continually advanced her career through hands-on experience, ongoing education, and a commitment to making a positive impact on her clients' lives. In her free time, Joylynn loves to run and spend time with her pup.
