Joylynn entered the hair industry 13 years ago after following in her mother's footsteps as a hairstylist. She graduated from the Aveda Institute and has continued to build on her career through experience, classes, and impacting peoples lives. She moved to Sarasota in 2019, where she married her husband earlier this year and found her spot here at Belt Salon. She specializes in short cuts and precision cutting. She has an eye for color and enjoys providing her clients with a seamless blend. From traditional highlights to foilyage, she enjoys it all while enhancing one’s beauty.

Patty

Stylist

Patty is originally from Bergenfield, NJ. She has been in the salon industry since 1991 with 29 years experience. After raising her children, Patty decided to move to Florida in 2018 and made the great decision to update her license at Aveda Institute in Brandon. Patty is passionate, bubbly and enjoys creating long-lasting relationships with her guests.

Amanda

Stylist

Amanda has been working in the beauty industry for 16 years, so much invaluable experience and learning all along the journey. She's passionate about building confidence and being a day maker for every guest. Amanda specializes in dimensional color / balayage, extensions, styling, and makeup. Whether it is behind the chair, or on set/location, she's excited to bring your inspiration to life. In her free time, she loves spending time exploring beautiful Florida with her family.

Anna

Stylist

Anna is a seasoned stylist, with over 25 years of experience. She fell in love with the industry watching her mother work in her very own salon. She went on to study a top school in Chicago, the world renowned Pivot Point International Academy. Anna knows the learning never ends and she continues to further her education with countless specialty classes and certifications.

Anna’s expertise lies in her attention to detail, listening to her clients and patience. Anna specializes in haircuts and color. She is certified in various keratin smoothing systems and hair extensions as well. Anna will always help guests create the beautiful look they strive for.

Michelle

Stylist

Michelle has been an Aveda stylist since 2014. While she's trained under many talented educators to keep up-to-date on modern technique, she's still a fan of the classics. When she’s not servicing guests behind the chair in the salon or keeping up with her teenagers, she works in the community serving families with special needs and the elderly.

Caitlyn

Stylist

Caitlyn is an Aveda Institute graduate with a passion for enhancing her guests personal style. She is extremely knowledgeable in all Aveda products and has great recommendations for her guests to achieve their dream look at home in between salon visits.

Caitlyn recently moved to Parrish, is a newlywed, and a dog mom to two adorable pups.

Laura

Owner / Stylist

Laura is the founder of Belt Salon. She has extensive training and experience in the hair and beauty industry and has over 10 years of Aveda experience. Her passion to serve the community was the motivation for opening her own salon.

Laura enjoys spending her free time with her family, boating, reading, and being active.
